Jay Hall, was born and raised right here in the heart of  Orlando. Most will describe him as a spiritual hippie that has the ability to connect with just about anyone. There isn’t many day’s you’ll catch him without a smile on his face. He’s been a tattoo artist for roughly 8+ years. He’s very versatile but has a love for black and gray realism and watercolor tattoos.No idea is to big or to small to handle.
